Filmv\u00e6rkstederne kan med sine demokratiske og ikke-akademiske talentudviklingsmetoder n\u00e5 bredt ud geografisk, socialt og kulturelt.<\/p>\n<p>Filmtalent har sammen med filmv\u00e6rkstederne l\u00f8bende tiltag, der underst\u00f8tter et mangfoldighedsfokus som f.eks. intern uddannelse af ledere og medarbejdere, kommunikationsanalyser ift. sprogbrug, fors\u00f8g med nye rekrutteringsmetoder m.m.<\/p>\n<p>Filmtalent modtog i slutningen af 2023 2 mio. kr. i st\u00f8tte fra DFI til en 3-\u00e5rig rekrutteringsindsats.
